Jame Frey, dogpile, again

Man oh man.

This REALLy tests the adage "there's no such thing as bad publicity".

Does it matter if he made upmore stuff than TSG originally found?

Maybe not...last night on the train to Hipsterville, there was a Cute Young Thing reading a brand new fresh from the BN bag copy of MLP.

Again: NOTHING this sociopath has uttered or written can be taken at face value...I won't be surprised when it is uncovered that much of what he has written about the basic details of his life is found to be total fabrication.

If you haven't worked with desperate alcoholics/addicts who are compulsive liars, it is difficult to believe the degree to which everything that comes out of their mouths is aimed at getting by in the moment. Truth and falsehood become blurred to the point of no longer being distinguishable.

Watch what happens with this story as curious investigators dig deeper...you will see what i mean, as more and more of the so-called "facts" are exposed.

My grandpa was mayor of St. Joseph, MI--you know, the town were poor Jimmy was such a pariah--for two decades, right up until that train accident--you know, the one poor Jimmy was indirectly responsible for, invoking the hatred of the town.

Oh, wait, except not. Gramps said that James Frey had less than zero to do with the accident and was never on the "town troublemaker" radar. Not once. My other grandpa, an exec at Whirpool (where Frey's dad worked), also said that he had never heard of James Frey during his "hellion" years. When my grandparents talk with their friends, leaders in the St Joe community back in the 80s (now leaders in their retirement homes), they all agree:

James Frey, town badboy? What the fuck ever. More like popular, well-liked kid. Fuck off, Frey, and stop dragging our nice little town through the mud with you.

Keep blasting this jerk, Miss Snark!

WIth all this Frey madness,I keep hearing this song from The Best Little
Whorehouse In Texas(film version)play
on my mental radio:

"OOh,I love to dance a little sidestep/now they see me/now they don't/I've come and gone/and,ooh/I love to sweep around the wide step/cut a little swathe and lead the people on"

He reminds me of Kevin Spacey's character in Usual Suspects, just making everything up on the fly.

I saw two people reading it on the train yesterday (Philly).

Apparently Oprah isn't bothered by his lies:
"What is relevant is that he was a drug addict ... and stepped out of that history to be the man he is today ... "

Oprah isn't and that's a damn shame. She got conned. Frey's a produced screenwriter. He planned the whole ruse.
