man oh man, my site stats went throught the roof on Thursday.
I posted "and now 3000 more people will know you're a scammer" but 7000 was closer to the mark that day.
Maybe I should write her a little thank you note?

Attention Miss Bower
OMG Kitty! Beverage alert. har har
I am sure Miss Bowwow is also receiving lots of interest lately. However, it may not be so good.
Now, when you do a search for Barbara Bauer, the second hit (the first is her website) is: Warnings and Cautions for Writers--Writer Beware's 20 Worst ...
I'm sure it would make her day.
And don't forget everyone who added the worst 20 list to their blog...
My stats went way up too, though not as impressively as yours. :) I had several people who came to the blog by searching for Barbara Bauer. Had to wonder if the one from NY, NY was her.
If she intends to go after every blogger and every website that says anything testy about her, she's going to have to work very hard for a very long time. Which could be a good thing -- it might keep her so busy that she has to drop the scam agency business.
I went from 30 to 300 that day. My fifteen minutes are over, but wow.
Thank you for everything you do - and your support of Absolute Write.

If you really want to nail all the hot buttons, how about "Attention Mr. Bower"?
I did my part this weekend too, Miss Snark. Do you think we've put her out to pasture yet?
I'm rather pleased to see that the "Put up or shut up!" post is #5 on the Google search results for Miz Boor. :)
**Maybe I should write her a little thank you note?**
Can I watch?
I also really really like the Wikipedia entry about Ms. BowWows, also on the first page. :D It ain't looking good for her from a Google standpoint.
If this keeps up (and it's all good, yanno), the web traffic will soon pull up P&E instead of Ms B.
And Miss S, do please send her a thank you note. I'll be happy to provide the flameproof paper and the hot Clue gun.

Oh, a thank you note would be most snarkalicious!
ROFL
You're welcome!
I should thank her, too.
I've gotten more comments on Bye-Bye Barbara--the Play than I have altogether since beginning a blog last year.
Sheesh!
I'd like to send YOU a thank-you note more than her, Miss Snark. I just visited her website. I kept in mind everything you said about scammers, and I could only find two signs: Didn't post a list of sales or current clients. EVERYTHING else almost fooled me, and it even seemed more efficient than another agents website- a REAL agents- that I went to.
A thousand thanks!
