Where Miss Snark vented her wrath on the hapless world of writers and crushed them to sand beneath her T.Rexual heels of stiletto snark. The blog is dark--no further updates after 5/20/2007.

Yahoo!!! My WIP is a mystery set in Nevada, the California desert and Mexico. I think it qualifies...now all I have to do is write really, really well and beat out a million other writers. Hmmm, reality check...so even if I don't *win* at least this gives me something tangible to shoot for. Facing the blank computer screen just got easier. So I win, even if I don't. THANKS, Miss Snark, for passing this along.
Hmm, I'm guessing by "southwest" they don't mean Bristol.
Darn it. I was hoping this would stay a little bit under the rug.
Yay, a legit contest.
Damn, I don't write mystery.
Odd timing, since my current project actually fits that description. I'm hoping to finish a submitable draft within the next ten days. Waiting until after July, 2007 to send it in search of an agent, however, does not seem like a good idea.
